Return Policies

At Studio13, we take pride in the quality of our products and services, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us  with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we do not accept returns for custom orders or personalized items, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace or refund it.
