At Studio13, we strive to deliver quality products and exceptional service. However, products in the Home category are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they have a quality or manufacturing defect or are delivered broken. In such cases, please photograph the defect immediately upon unboxing and contact us. Products purchased during sales or at discounted prices, customized items, bulk orders, and gifts purchased online are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If your purchase meets the above criteria, we will happily exchange it for a fresh piece. If an exchange is not possible, a credit note will be issued to the registered email address or the email used for purchase, at the company's discretion. The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed both online and at any of our stores across India
